Derative Work Guidelines

1.Definition of Derivative Works

Derivative works are creative works that are based on, inspired by, or otherwise utilize characters, elements, or content from BERUI. This may include but is not limited to fan art, fan fiction, videos, music, and other forms of creative expression.

2. Permission for Derivative Works

I encourage and support fan creativity, and, in most cases, I grant permission for the creation of derivative works based on my content. However, all derivative works must adhere to the following guidelines.

3. Respect for Intellectual Property

Your derivative work should respect and not infringe upon our intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other applicable rights.

4. Non-Commercial Use

You are allowed to create and share derivative works for non-commercial purposes. This means you cannot sell, license, or otherwise profit from the derivative work without explicit written permission from BERUI.

5. Attribution

You must clearly attribute the source of the characters or content that inspired your derivative work. For example, include a statement such as "Inspired by BERUI" or similar language in your work. Alternatively the use of the official Fanart tag #berlustration is accepted.

6. No Offensive, Inappropriate, or Harmful Content

Your derivative work should not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, harmful, or otherwise goes against the values and image of BERUI.

7. No Impersonation or False Association

Do not create derivative works that may falsely imply an official association between your work and BERUI or its creators. Make it clear that your work is a fan creation.

8. Changes to Guidelines

These guidelines are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your derivative work complies with the most up-to-date version of our guidelines.
By creating a derivative work based on BERUI, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines. Your creativity and passion for my content are greatly appreciated, and I look forward to seeing what you create within these parameters.
